The stay was comfortable and I would stay there again. The room was tastefully decorated and comfy. The location was unbeatable, close to many stores and restaurants, making me feel safe. It was also just a 15-minute walk to the lake.

bed slightly too firm for me. doors need soundproofing to minimize hallway noise from entering room. driveway around steakhouse needs repair. curtains billow out when heater runs

The room was clean, the beds were adequately comfortable, the staff was friendly.

The police were there when we got there. . There was a drug bust in the front of the hotel with three police cars for a few hours after we got there also. I was concerned about my children's safety.

Enjoyed my stay during a road trip. The pool area was good. The location was great, close to Waterloo, Iowa, and the waterpark. Easily accessed nearby dining options like The Pita Pit for lunch/dinner.

During our two night stay, we found the location of the hotel amidst construction equipment and limited facilities initially odd, but it turned out to be quite convenient with plenty of parking. The room was clean, well-appointed, and provided a peaceful ambience for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, and the service from the staff was efficient during check-in and check-out. We enjoyed starting off our day with the typical, yet satisfying breakfast offered. The whirlpool at the end of the day was a delightful bonus.

Great location in the office area, super comfy. Plus, being surrounded by restaurants and stores 🍔🛍️ made life so convenient and fun.

The hotel is difficult to get to; you have to drive through another properties' parking lot to get there. The walls are thin, which creates a noise problem. There were many families with young kids and i felt like i heard every one of them. Breakfast room was so crowded we didn't bother except to get coffee, which was so bad we dumped it in the bushes!
